Bill Roberts with SQUARE 1 DESIGN has been designing homes and additions since 1987.

I provide drafting & design for any size and type of homes, additions, remodels, barns & workshops. I also can design offices and leasehold improvement of existing spaces. I like to work with individuals or contractors one on one to make sure that the finished design is just right. I will take your sketches, pictures, notes and input and turn them into workable drawings. I look forward to working you on your project.

Building a new home or adding on to an existing one is a personal endeavor and I like the process for finding out exactly what my client is hoping to achieve. After an initial interview I will produce a preliminary drawing for review. If possible, I will meet with the client either in their home or my office and we can make changes in real time to the plans. I will then finalize the plans for review. After any needed changes I will create the finished plans ready for the builder.
